CATP is led by volunteers. We are always looking for individuals willing to share their professional expertise and skills to enhance the operations of the association.

 

Are you a student? A new graduate? An experienced professional with special interest in supporting the growth and development of Tanzanians in Canada? You can make a valuable contribution to CATP. Endless opportunities are available.  In exchange for your time and support, you will develop leadership skills and a network of contacts. You will benefit both professionally and personally.

Orientation 

​

CATP will provide orientation to volunteers in person or via video conference to discuss the organization’s background, vision and objectives and how each volunteer can contribute. The orientation sessions will also include an overview of roles and responsibilities and volunteer code of conduct.

 

Recognition

All volunteers will be rewarded for their contributions through various incentives such as:

• Volunteer awards

• Certificates of service

• Recommendations from the CATP leadership team
