Skill Repository

CATP is developing an online skills and expertise database of Tanzanian professionals in Canada. When launched, our members will have secure and exclusive access to this database and will be able to update their own profiles.

Career & Professional Development

We aim to assist our members to enhance their professional and career development goals by identifying continuing education resources and by sharing employment opportunities online from public and private sectors in Canada, United States, Tanzania and other countries.

Networking and Events

CATP will organize networking sessions, workshops and conferences throughout the year. In order to accommodate the country-wide membership model so that everyone has an opportunity to participate, our activities will also include webinars and other forms of online discussion forums.

CATP Blog

The soon to be launched CATP blog will promote discussion and encourage online engagement on the Canadian and Tanzanian economy, labour market, education, professional scene and administration for various sectors. These discussions will help identify areas where Tanzanian professionals can partner and support their counterparts in government, corporations, institutions, and non-profit organizations in Tanzania.

Volunteerism

CATP is led by volunteers. We are always looking for individuals who are willing to share their expertise and skills to enhance the association. If you are a student, new graduate or an experienced professional with special interest in networking and supporting the growth and development of Tanzanians in Canada, we welcome you to share your knowledge, and talent with CATP. The opportunities available are endless.
